It is important to check with your housing association before you buy awnings and privacy screens that you are allowed to install this at your premises and whether it may be a selected awning fabric, varnish etc. that must be used. It may also be that you are not allowed to install sun / privacy protection inside the glass partitions or that it must be a certain color and this may be stated in the bylaws of your association or a binder that came with you when you bought your home. Root deduction can be made with 30% of the assembly cost and only applies to the purchase of new terrace & window awnings and only applies to so-called single-family houses and the house must be older than 5 years.
